Decided on adding some more cabinets in our kitchen after a year. Went right online and ordered the same model and color. It came super fast and no problems at all.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Even though the shop was shut down for a bit because of Covid19, we had good communications about my kitchen project. Everything arrived on time and in good shape. We purchased RTA cabinets, and the quality is advertised. I'm sure these they will last us for years to come. We love the soft close doors. The best part of our experience involved customer service. In advance of our purchase, we had terrific support through email that addressed all of our questions in a prompt and helpful manner. And we had lots of questions, probably sending 15 emails or more before pulling the trigger. We are very pleased with Cabinets Bay.
