As we can see - your claims for all orders you placed with us recently were approved successfully, and all the requests were served promptly. As mentioned in the previous answer below, we contacted the customer immediately after she claimed her only issue related to toe kick moldings on 7/29 after business hours. We were always ready to help. However, we never received any other claims via e-mail or phone calls regarding the order after our manager responded to the customer the day after, on 7/30. Moreover, we never received proof of the customer's statements from the updated review on 8/27. The customer never contacted us trying to resolve any of the newly mentioned issues before. Hello. Thank you for your feedback. Please read below. We received your first claim request yesterday on 8:15 PM EST (Friday, 7/29). We sent you an e-mail 15-20 minutes after the initial request was received requesting additional information and advising that the answer will not be available by 08/01 since our partners and office will be closed through weekends and got your response. Unfortunately, two hours later, you gave us a two-star rating without giving us a chance to check the claim details and respond. Nonetheless, our manager reviewed your claim and sent you an e-mail with updates this morning. In fact, the Traditional White cabinets that you ordered supplied with the unfinished structural toe kicks by default. This information is available on our website. The decorative moldings are sold separately - you can order them anytime, and we will ship them out within the advertised time. Feel free to reply to our manager's e-mail or one of our e-mails if you have any questions or concerns. If you have any questions arise, we will get back to you on Monday (08/01).

Dear Tosh, thank you for your feedback. However, the statements provided in this review are not correct. The customer placed two orders with us that were completed on time. We served all the requests from the customer promptly. We have copies of all the e-mails and time stamps of all incoming and outgoing calls. The customer never submitted any claims following our shipping and return policy and threatened us with chargebacks, bad reviews, and loss of his business instead of providing legit information to complete his claim. By acting like this, the customer attempted to push us to work with him the way he wanted, ignoring our disclosed policies. Nonetheless, we accepted the claim from the customer with no evidence of the issue as a one-time courtesy to avoid the customer’s disappointment. On 7/14, after the customer’s claim and both orders were completed, our manager advised the customer that his account with us was disabled for placing future orders to avoid disappointing him further.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. As discussed on the phone with you - the cabinet manufacturers and stores are using different cabinet names. That is standard practice in our industry. All cabinet lines on our website and the websites of most of our competitors are named differently, although they are sourced from the same places. However, we also mentioned that the cabinets would not have any color representation differences even though they were manufactured in different countries. They are painted using the same paint, not depending on the country of production following industry standards. Let us know if you have any questions.

As of 10/14/2021, the person who left this review was fired by the customer. The customer returned the whole order due to the numerous mistakes in the sizes that Steven caused. At this point, we cannot consider this feedback as relevant. Original response - 08/23/2021: Hello. Thank you for your feedback. As we can see, we provided tracking information to you on 08/11 and did not receive any requests from you further. We understand your frustration, and we apologize for the poor service on behalf of UPS (T-Force). Unfortunately, the delivery process is not fully under our control. As we can see by your tracking - there were 3 "incidents" on the side of UPS that caused delays with delivery. The shipment is currently located at the service center in Nanuet, NY. We served all your previous requests promptly and professionally. Besides, our manager waived the restocking fees for the assembled cabinets you decided to change. Therefore, we believe we deserve a slightly better rating in this case. The warehouse manager contacted the shipping carrier to check the status of your shipment. We will get back to you with updates shortly. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. You have ordered one cabinet with us on 6/22. It has been delivered to you within the advertised period of time (on 6/28). We also contacted you before it was shipped to check if you are trying to match one cabinet with other cabinets. We did not have any requests from you regarding the replacement parts or any other issues. You received prompt and professional service from start to finish. Unfortunately, we cannot inspect each cabinet part before it ships. However, you can contact us with pictures of the issue you have, and we will provide you with replacement part(s) if needed.
