Had to talk to customer service because I thought my pill box was missing. Was just a miscommunication (but please do put in the email that is shipping separately. The order summary made them look like they were shipping together hence the confusion😳.) Customer service was super polite and friendly. I can’t wait to see what other products they stock. I had a hard time opening the bottle and emailed the company to get directions. Someone immediately emailed me back and sent a picture on how to open the bottle. So very helpful.
