Very bad platform, NOT recommended to anyone. They stolen all my money somehow and fo not want to take any responsibility. I filed some case : complaint to US Financial requlator, so hopefully they will loss a license soon. Customer Service just bad, they are froud and TOTAl Scam.

I wish i had never deposited any money with them. Be very wary. They let you take some very easily but make it as hard as they can to get the rest. Shocking customer service. Complete joke. Bunch of criminals and should be held accountable. Now expect me to resolve the situation by going to the Ayr'Lp

They scammed out of 10,000$! Avoid this exchange at all costs

Opened two long positions at high leverage. As I was watching, they vanished. I checked the charts and the blockchain, there was nothing. Even ChatGPT reviewed the evidence and said I was majorly owed an explanation. So I contact support, they say they'll get back to me. A few hours later, same thing. Two days later, same thing. Finally after nearly a week with zero communication from them, I approach for the 4th-5th time and they said "we'll look into it by the end of the month." That's today, December 11th. It's taking them 25 days to get me an answer. I told them "**** it, keep it. you were going to anyway," and I'm deleting my account.

Lousy customer service. Stole my money. Told to expect a response in a month. Placed stop orders on 2 different trades. Site didn't close them out. Contacted customer service and after multiple back and forth next thing I knew they liquidated both of my positons. I even have screen shots showing they were stopped hours before liquidation occurred. And I contacted them hours before liquidation to report the problem. Scam exchange DO NOT TRUST THEM

I was right in the middle of a critical point in a futures perpetual contract and was adding funds to prevent liquidation and all the sudden the website closes down for a period of time causing me to lose all my assets. Which could have been easily prevented if the website wouldnt have conveniently became inaccessible for everyone. And all Ive gotten from customer service is the run around over n over.

I don’t recommend this company. They liquidated me while in profit due to volatility supposedly. Very bad customer service

I do like the many of the features of this platform, however I’ve had a couple issues that were not addressed. I had an option trade open with over $80 in the trade. The trade was closed due to reaching the liquidation price, but when I checked the lowest price on multiple platforms, the price of that coin never reached the liquidation or close to it. I took screenshots and submitted them to BYDFi and requested my money to be refunded, but I never received a response from them. I’ve continued to use the platform some since then but I’m about done with it. Unless BYDFI wants to make it right, I’ll eventually going to quit using this platform altogether. There are others just as good or better.
