PLUSH FURNITURE COMPLETE FLOP WITH SERVICE AND DELIVERY
My Nephew purchased a lounge suite from them and the gave him a delivery date of late Oct 22 or early Nov 22 He checked on delivery last week and was informed 28 Dec 22 Then he spoke to the supplier and they said could be Feb 23. Seem though he has no lounge to sit on he requested to have them supply something for him to sit on Reply we don't do that so he requested to cancel the order. He was informed that this would cost him a third of his deposit (mind you the failed to deliver and then started reading fine print on order form) He was willing to loose that just to get a lounge suite. Then they informed him no it was 1/3 of the TOTAL invoice. That was the easiest $1200 that plush has ever made. The moral of the story is "If you are silly enough to purchase anything from Plush Furnishings the DON'T believe the sales staff and fully read your contract of sale!" Once you have done that turn around and leave the store you would end up "HAPPIER AND NOT OUT OF POCKET" Go to another furniture supplier and get a far far better service than what Plush can or will do!!
