I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. I had several old phones just sitting in a box. The whole process was flawless. I just printed the mailing label and dropped my phone at the post office. I have shipped my 11 pro max 256 gig and they were not able to respond on my product neither they were transferring my money. After 3 weeks and lot of mails they responded saying we are returning product and they did not say me any reason neither included it in package that was returned .However they said the reason for return will be included in package.i got my 1 month wasted in just this.
