They are very helpful and honest. My only complaint is that it does take a while to get your car fixed. Other than that, they are really great.

Bussani needs a better communication system. Messages don't seem to get to the right people and the answering machine needs to be a little more organized. I love Bussani, I love my van. Customer service is excellent, salesforce is efficient and knowledgeable and the maintenance department is thorough and quick. When a person's way of life is almost directly dependant upon transportation, a properly equipped and maintained van is essential.

Helpful staff, nice waiting room, quick turn around time. Would give it 5 stars except after the installation we had to go to the dmv for additional paperwork, something that was not communicated to me at the time of booking my appointment (or when we arrived).

Very thorough, professional, efficient, specialized and knowledgeable in the field. However, fairly expensive.
