Bus drivers were on time, friendly and accomdating. Only problem was the larger bus did not have any seatbelts when I requested seatbelts.

I booked BusBank for a corporate trip that took place on September 20th-September 22nd. The driver Eric was fantastic and meet and exceeded our trips needs. This is the reason I'm giving this company a one star. Eric saved this review from being zero stars. The bus itself was less than desired. Here's a recap of what happened with this bus. The bathroom door on the bus was broken and wouldn't stay closed while being used. We had multiple female employees on the bus that used the bathroom and the door flew open while there were using it. To say the least they were upset and embarrassed as we had male passengers onboard. On our way back the bus broke down along the side of the Interstate. The radiator over heated and a mechanic was called to repair the bus. An hour later another bus arrived to pick up the team and take us back to our office. I understand things happen and engine malfunctions will occur. That's an uncontrollable. I struggle with the fact that BusBank failed on what they could control. A phone call with an apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. I stopped by the office a few days later to pick up a handbag that was left on the broken down bus by another co-worker. While there I wanted to vent my frustration and was told by Judi that they are extremely busy and I could send my concern to their email address. Thanks Judi for your time. So beware of BusBank. I will no longer take my business to this organization.

They were great with communication and got everyone where they needed to be on time. Would hire again for other events.

The bus was modern and clean. Our driver Jack was professional, punctual, courteous, friendly, helpful and just made the trip a joy. It was a pleasure riding with him. All of my guests enjoyed this trip.

This was a fantastic experience. The bus was sparkling clean, the driver was friendly and courteous and the rate for the trip was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This is the best company ever. I shopped around for price and they showed me how to even save money with them. Their communication is 2nd to none and the promptness, cleanliness and courtesy was fantastic. Definitely will use them again
