Tom, the booking agent, was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and assuaged all of my concerns. The level of communication post-booking, leading up to the event, was perfect. Howard, our driver, got us there and back safely and expediently. It was an added bonus that I was provided his cell phone number so we could connect for pick up to happen a few minutes early.

We had 3 school buses to transport alumni conference attendees to Seattle cruise pier and back to hotel with added drop off stops at tourist locations at no extra cost. Very pleasant and courteous drivers, great admin coordination, absolutely no hassle. Everyone loved the experience!

Had a great experience using BusBank for our work event. The only issue that arose was that we were not able to get the music on the bus to work, but fortunately we had a portable speaker we could use instead.

Our driver, Charles, was amazing. He was on time and patient when we needed to stop for bathroom breaks and/or food. The only down side was that the electrical plugs never worked, nor did the TVs or music.

Just an overall phenomenal experience. Surprised my wife with a bus trip to a Phillies game with some neighborhood friends and it couldn't have gone better. Our driver John arrived at the perfect time, drove the van like a true professional and even waited in the van while we tailgated and provided a very much needed break from the heat. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone seeking these types of services!!!
