We definitely do our best to put out the best products possible and sometimes get bogged down with questions, which usually can be self-answered with a quick read of the product description page. You can always send us an instagram message and we'll reply immediately. Email is tough because it often gets inundated with spam. We changed how our support email system works so spam gets filtered more effectively. If you would reconsider your rating it would be really appreciated!
