Barbara was wonderful to work with and truly made our vacation everything we wanted. She is a very good listener and was extremely helpful in catering to our needs, likes and dislikes. Her willingness to provide options and recommendations and guidance throughout the entire process was highly appreciated and ultimately what made the trip so successful. Her attention to detail and responsiveness was excellent. She went above and beyond.

We created beautiful memories in Italy, and Barbara and her team were simply amazing! Planning our dream trip with Bumblemee saved us so much time. They provided the best suggestions on what to visit, where to eat, and the ideal itinerary to follow. The entire trip was excellent—from the hotels to the drivers and guides. Barbara really listened to what was important to us and the activities we enjoyed. She gave us full support, not only during the planning stages but also throughout the trip. When there was a train strike on our way to Sorrento, her team was ready with a solution right away, ensuring we didn't lose time or money. Even when we went to the wrong address for a guided tour, I messaged the team, and someone was available immediately to make sure we met up with the guide. We visited all the main attractions in Florence and Rome and ended with an amazing, relaxing stay in Sorrento. There, we learned to make our own pizza in a fantastic, fun cooking class! I would definitely recommend Bumblemee to my friends and family for help in planning their trip to Italy!

Our trip to Italy was amazing. Bumblemee organized the perfect itinerary for our visit from Milan to Rome. From the hotels to transportation and tour guides, everything was well-organized and professional. Barbara was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited—Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, and Rome—and suggested what to see based on our preferences. She was never too pushy and understood our needs, especially considering we had 2 teenagers to entertain! The team assisted us throughout the entire trip, from the planning to the travel, answering all our questions and giving us helpful information on what to do during our free time, where to eat, etc. Amazing experience!

We have just finished an amazing 10-day trip to Italy. From the start, Barbara helped us plan the most perfect itinerary. She was very responsive to all of our questions and did a fantastic job tapering and planning the trip to meet our needs. They handled countless details and were readily accessible 24/7 for any hiccups. They very clearly outline every detail for every day with times, directions, ticket confirmations, and the tickets to anything pre-booked. Our trip had several tours booked but plenty of free time to explore, which was a perfect balance. We love exploring, and they have a lot of suggestions for things to do. It can be overwhelming going to a place you have never been to, not knowing where to start. They gave a lot of great recommendations of things to check out, which was really helpful. The hotel selections were extremely well planned out, and positioned giving you access to a lot of the areas that you were visiting the itineraries as far as tours, exhibitions, museums was very well laid out. The entire trip was very interesting and met all my expectations and more. I would definitely use Bumblemee again for planning a trip to Italy!

We just came back from a fantastic trip to Italy, and I have to say, Bumblemee knocked it out of the park! My wife Mary, our two kids, and I spent a couple of weeks exploring Venice and Rome in the Summer of 2024, and everything was just perfect. Bumblemee really took care of everything, but without making it feel overly planned – if that makes sense? We got to enjoy those once-in-a-lifetime experiences, like gondola rides in Venice and seeing the Colosseum up close, while also having time to wander around and soak in the vibe of each city. It didn’t feel rushed or overdone, just the right balance. The accommodations were top-notch, and the guides they arranged were awesome – super knowledgeable but also really fun with the kids, which is a win for any parent! Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable trip that we’ll be talking about for years. Thanks, Bumblemee, for making it all happen! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personalized, hand-crafted and high-quality travel experience. — Joe and family
