Company had exactly what I needed and I received it fast.

Needed replacement bulbs for some DJ type lights being installed in our school. BulbConnection seemed to have the best price and shipping was very quick. Bulbs were well packed and arrived safely. Our school says, "Thank you."

The bulbs I need are always on back order so I make sure to place an order well in advance. They send an email letting me know of the backorder. Other than that, ordering online is simple and I haven't had any issues.

Their back-order policy is not clear. They indicate that the order has been canceled, but in reality it has not. Otherwise they have a great selection and their prices are reasonable.

Took a long time to receive order. Over a month. The item was out of stock, but I did not get any updates at any time from BulbConnection. Had to contact the company to find out status.

Great customer service The Bulb I received was damaged and they didn't even hesitate to send a new one.
