Package was shipped a week ago and have yet to receive it. So at this time I have to give it a 1 star

I was sent the wrong product, even after specifically noting what I was ordering (which I knew to be a hard to find bulb). The photo of the item I ordered matched what I needed. I did get a full refund after my second complaint. The first time I was just provided with return instructions with shipping to be at my own cost. Online sellers need to be more attentive about making sure the items they sell are correctly depicted.

You changer me 2 shipping, when the order was place the same day, and it shipped together

All the bulbs I ordered were "Out of Stock". Cancelled most of the order as I found them at legitimate venders. The remainder showed up over 2 months later with absolutely no communication.
