Sleeping better and waking up with less…
Sleeping better and waking up with less discomfort. Takes a little bit to get used to and sometimes needs adjusting during the evening but the good outweighs this. Thank you

Try it if you toss and turn
The QPillow has stabilized my sleeping position on my side and back. Less tossing and turning is wonderful. It took awhile to get comfortable with it. I have a low back problem and cervical issue and my doc recommended I sleep on my back. With other pillows under my knees, I still tried over and over to roll to my side, waking me (and frustrating me)! With your QPillow and a cervical pillow I stay sleeping comfortably flat on my back.
