We needed to research an HVAC company…
We needed to research an HVAC company to do a big (for us) installation of a heat pump/mini-split system for our home. BuildZoom led us to our contractor and we had a great experience.

They don't keep appointments
I had a call scheduled for 1:30 today and NO ONE CALLED. I sat here waiting for a phone call and rearranged my schedule to make sure I was available. Not the way to do business AT ALL.

Hi there, I am sorry that this occurred. Our internal system keeps very good record of call scheduling, among other types of scheduling during the pre-hire process. However, the system needs to be fed information from real people, and sometimes people do make mistakes with this. We would love to help get a call rescheduled for you!
