Excellent experience. For the money, an excellent product with great support. Buildium has some limitations in terms of managing your whole company, but it does exactly what they advertize and they seem to be getting better and better.

I am very satisfied with the software. It's been a big help and I am looking to grow my business now that I have a more efficient way to manage my business. I can focus on growth now. - However, for customer support, I would like to see possible instant messaging. - The payment process is a little cumbersome to send out payments to vendors. - I would like an option to return security deposits electronically - A better option for property inspections for smaller landlords. The current option is too expensive for someone like myself with less than 10 units. - I would like to integrate my own website to Buildium - And I would like to add 360 views to the website

The support staff is great, and easy to get in touch with. Buildium is easy to use, and very affordable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are missing a few minor features, but are adding to the product every quarter. So they'll get there. The important stuff, collecting rent / paying vendors / paying owners, they do that well.
