Buildium is an awesome tool for property managers. The BEST part is how skilled the help center is. I wish I knew the program in and out like they do. They always have an answer. Best help center ever. If you don't pay the premium for the call center, you do have to wait a little bit, but it's totally worth it. (I've also had Buildium for going on 3 years now)

I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my experience with Janine today. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as I navigated several issues with leases, financial ledgers, and refunds that I was unable to figure out on my own. Janine made me feel comfortable asking all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about the system. I truly wish I could always request her assistance. In the past, I have had two bad experiences with agents who lacked patience or made me feel like a burden. Today, thanks to Janine, I felt that the monthly money I pay to Buildium is well worth it. Thank you, and please pass along my sincere appreciation to Jeanine. Best regards, Soraia Matari SS Lemax, LLC
