5 Stars for Being Knowledgeable 1 Star For Complete Lack of Class
After initial interview we clicked, there was hope that our unreasonably tight deadlines would stand a chance. After few discussions over a period of a week, some ideas were offered. There was a genuine attempt to be helpful and that was appreciated it. 10 days post initial conversation, there was form of discussion about committing to our tight deadlines and that request for commitment was rejected. At which point a link to this review was posted with request to leave 5 star review. My initial 'Lets first do some work together' response was met with hostility and how I have shown 'my colors'. Not only did we spend 10 days to find out commitment to our timelines wasn't agreed upon. I found my self defending how this whole situation set us back, after bringing this concern to Ross, his only response was 'review does not cost anything'. His completely lack of being related to how the whole thing was handled is where the 1 star for Lack of Class. Yes they appear to be very knowledgeable, but completely out of touch if your project is on unreasonable deadline. If you do go into business together, make sure to get a firm commitment before going any further.
