Item and shipping as expected

Despite labor shortages. I received my canisters within 8 days . really fast and no problems.

Fast response time and great product.

The order was handled with speed and accuracy. The delivery and tracking was excellent. Wouldn’t it be nice if all orders worked like this.

I am sorry to leave this review, but it did not work for us. We had high hopes when ordering, but nothing was ever caught in the trap. We had something go dig underneath to get the food set for the trap, but nothing in the trap. We tried multiple food items under the trap.

I tried calling to report that my package was delivered to the wrong address.(got a recording) Some one down the block from me broght it to me.The bottle was half full, because it was leaking in the package it came in. Needs to be package better.

Prompt delivery. Still waiting to see how effective it is, but this product came highly recommended as a deterrent (no-kill) solution to rats.

Excellent customer service. I called and actually got a live person that was also helpful!. Shipping was quick. Highly recommend
