So happy with Bryan Anthony’s! I unfortunately throw away a gift for me sister. I loved the necklace so much I did paid for it a second time. My love for Bryan Anthony’s started when a friend gave me one of the necklaces. I love the thought and meaning they put into their jewelry. I carefully selected a necklace for my sisters 50th birthday and was super excited to give it to her. I checked the tracking only to discover that it shipped to an old address. I had no means of getting it back. I called them and expected to hear there was nothing they could do. Instead they sent me a replacement and I’m expected to get it today just in time to celebrate my sisters birthday tomorrow. They turned it around in TWO days! That is excellent customer service and above and beyond what I expected! I’m so grateful! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I have purchased numerous pieces for myself and as gifts & they are just beautiful! Non of them have lost their finish and still look brand new despite how long I've worn them. Excellent craftsmanship with beautiful messages!

Love products but slow delivery

I order only one necklace in the beginning. It was delivered within 3 days. And the packaging was very nice. The whole order came in a cute bubble envelope. The receipt was in a hard envelope. Along with the necklace in a nice jewelry box with its meaning beautifully typed out. I was presently surprised. I was so impressed with my grit pearl necklace that I decided to order 4 tribe necklaces. Which I literally placed my order minutes before writing this review.

Every order and each experience with Bryan Anthony is a true pleasure. Easy ordering, quick customer service on any matter. I haven't had to return anything from them but I have several pieces and have given several as gifts. The items are packaged wonderfully and the quality of the jewelry is impeccable. Since my first order I've ordered more and I will continue to order from them.
