Took almost 3 weeks to receive my brake lights. When I received them, they were the incorrect ones and I had to pay a 35% restocking fee and pay for return shipping.

Got wrong part but got a Full refund. Did not have to return part. Excellent customer service.

My recent experience with Bruce shark, After reading all the bad reviews, I freaked out making a false judgement of Bruce shark and regretting the purchase thinking I’m gonna get scammed. I have ordered set of hoses for my BMW arrived in seven days. Please Don’t take much notice of other bad review I had a fantastic experience. My parcel had zero scanning after Dispatch which made me worry, don’t worry some courier staff are lazy to scan parcels, my parcel arrived in 7 days in a perfect condition and I can tell you it’s a really good quality hoses I’m really surprised. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Fully recommend very happy cheers

Part arrived quickly and great customer service.

Absolutely appalling service and communication. I placed an order, paid for it then received a tracking number. When nothing arrived after weeks I contacted their support team and heard nothing back for weeks. Finally they got back to me and said the item i had ordered was now not in stock. More weeks and contacting Paypal I finally received a reply and a refund. DONT risk using this company so poor customer service.
