I have just received my products and had such a great experience dealing with the Browpro team. Their customer service is excellent especially Sophia. Highly recommend!

I've just placed my second order for Browpro. Absolutely love it! So quick and easy. I'm in Australia and the shipping is quick! I go with the dark brown and it's perfect! Sadly both times I've inadvertently ordered extra items so make sure you read everything as you go but if you make an error the customer service is amazing, no matter what they bend over backwards to help you. The best customer service I've ever come across.

I ordered some products but did not realise that I had inadvertently signed for à subscription until the money was deducted from my account. I emailed the company and Sadie took care of the issue quickly and professionally.

I accidentally clicked on a promo while closing out and did not catch it until payment had already gone through. I contacted customer service immediately and Tiffany was an incredible resource in helpong me get everything straightened out. I can’t wait to get my product and try it out!

The item was received broken, when I emailed with photos to inform them there was no hesitation in sending a replacement, I did not have to return the broken one. I have now received the new one which is intact and works perfectly

I have not received my BrowPro order yet but they were good at notifying me that there had been a delay in shipping due to high demand. This is the first online company that I have dealt with over the years who have done this. Usually you just wait week after week for your order to arrive with no explanation from the supplier. I guess they are afraid you might cancel your order if you know there has been a delay but that is not a good reason for leaving a customer uninformed!! Another good thing they did was I was given a 25% off discount code to be used on my order but I forgot to use it so when I received the email about the delivery delay I replied to them and asked them if they could add the discount code to my order if it still had not shipped. They replied quickly and advised they had given me the 25% discount credit to my credit card. Not many companies do that either!! I hope I am as pleased with the product as I am with their customer support!! I’ll let you know!!

On the 26/8/26 I ordered the Brow Pro product which cost $14.37, but when I looked at my account, they charged me this amount plus $69.29 plus another $12.98, I emailed them straight away to ask why and they said I had ordered other products, but I want to say that whilst placing my order these pop ups came up asking did I want this and I pressed no on two attempts but it has now charged me an extra $82.27. They replied to my email saying that they are only prepared to give me a 25% discount off the so called product I was suppose to order, I want to be refunded this amount because I feel it is a real problem with their website, I have read reviews and alit of other people complaining about the same thing as well

Initially I ordered 1 brow pro set however, after placing the order I realised by the emails & prices that a 3 set had been ordered. I immediately contacted them & asked that this be corrected. I then received 2 additional offers of discounts on the 3 pack & noticed that both the charges for a 1 pack & a 3 pack had been deducted from my bank account. I did receive a refund for the 3 pack after a few days. The product gives the impression that there is an " individual fine hair" affect but they are solid pieces of foam & in my case they appear too large for my face.
