I sought out a particular product that had the highest quantity rating, nothing less for Momma. That’s huge that you had exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, communication!!! When the staff realized that there was a delay from their supplier, you reached out to me proactively, to let me know and to offer me an immediate refund. Because you reached out to me before I knew there was an issue and communicated, of course I was willing to stay the course with you. I will be ordering from you again, gladly. I’m proud to be able to write this most positive review. Thank you for your excellent customer experience. Sincerely, Charles Smith
