Shawn, thank you for the kind words!
Chairs are great. The only issue was the wheels got Jamed by the foot rests. My mother had a nice one from hospice. We thought she was being taken off of hospice and bought a broda chair, never used it, still has tag hanging on it. Do you know where I can sell it?

Thanks Terry, we agree!
We used a Broda chair for 1 1/2 years for end-stage Parkinson's Disease. It was the safest chair for him as he was able to "fall" out of the tilt wheelchair that he previously had- when he got restless. The only drawbacks to the Broda were that staff did not adjust positioning throughout the day (often did not understand the difference between tilt and recline) and did not realize that the Broda is its own seating system and often added pads under the resident. Also, it can be cumbersome to manoeuvre. I am a retired Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist so have been involved with seating for many years and have always been pleased with the Broda system of seating.

Thanks Vernie for the good review, happy to help!
Very poor design. Arm rests rubbing on wheels and preventing from tilting. Yes, we had a technician to come back and solve the issue, but there was not much he could do. Poor poor design.

Hi Mary, we are very sorry that you are having interference between the mag wheels and arm supports. We will have a customer excellence rep reach out to you directly to see if there is anything else we can do to help. correct the situation. Sometimes when our local distribution partners send out their own technicians and occasionally they are not equipped to make the proper adjustments.
Broad has consistently delivered a quality product! Our sales rep Keith is highly knowledgeable and professional and quick to return calls and emails!
