Customer service is excellent.

I've been ordering from broda for 6 years. Most if the time everything is great, few occasions I have recieved replacement parts that were not the correct parts. However the overall experience has been better then most vendors I have dealt with. The product is well known and works as it should with very little down time die to equipment failures.

Communication and information on the chair that WSH purchased was great. I was always able to get into contact whenever I had any questions and they delivered the product when they said they would. They also delivered exactly what WSH ordered.

Quick customer service and delivery

Both Zana and Keith are very professional, responsive and helpful. Kept their promises so I trust them very much. They have products that work really well for my clients.

I ordered a pair of Broda chairs for 2 male patients with older traumatic brain injuries. During the course of the year both patients knocked off the bottom leg rest attachment. It has a steel rod with an internal spring which locks it into place and both springs broke. However the rest of the chair survived the frequent abuse inflicted by restless movement and even repetitive banging. All in all the chairs did/do a great job of providing total out of bed support and can be adjusted to provide appropriate upright orientation to the environment
