I’ve had an opportunity to use Broadway Auto Transport two times and each time I’ve only had exceptional experience especially dealing with James. He handled everything from start to finish and was very professional. It’s hard to trust a company blindly when it comes to your car but I can say without a doubt highly recommend this company and James.

Charlie Davis was my rep. This was an exceptionally smooth transaction and process. he answered every question thoroughly and replied to inquiry very quickly. the car was picked up when Charlie said it would be, and delivered when he said it would be for the price quoted. Charlie let me know when it was picked up and made sure that the driver was in contact with me during transport and reached out to me at the delivery time as well. Charlie was great and I highly recommend him and Broadway Auto Transport. . It was an stress-free transaction!

I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz from a dealership and needed it transported to my home. After looking around and speaking with a few companies, I decided to work with Mike Brandon, and I’m really glad I did. Since the vehicle was coming straight from the dealership, I wanted everything handled carefully, so we arranged an enclosed trailer. Mike took the time to explain the difference and helped organize the shipment so the car would be protected during the trip. The coordination with the dealership went smoothly, which honestly saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to keep calling back and forth because everything was already scheduled properly. The driver arrived prepared, loaded the vehicle professionally, and the transport went exactly as planned.
