Don't buy from them I bought 2 treatment from them, the delivery was very late, supposed to receive it three weeks before, one of the treatment was expired, I sent back both treatments for refund but they did not refund me, and they said they did not received it, even I sent the pictures of postage receipt, and for the expired treatment pictures Don't buy from them they still your money

I am part of the team of relationship between company and customer and we are very upset with this comment, because we tried to solve this in the best possible way, so you could have your refund regarding the product expired. As you agreed via messages, we refunded the amount paid on the expired product, and we are waiting to receive the other product, to perform the refund. As we informed before, we did not receive the product or a receipt to comprove the delivery of it. As we need to follow the rules of the company, unfortunately we can not make the refund without the product or the proof of delivery.
