Being well into my seventies and not very adept at navigating today's technology, also quite apprehensive about potential scams, I approached British Passport Pro with some trepidation. From start to finish the experience of working with them was excellent and stress free and I am delighted I made the choice to ask for their services in renewing my passport.

I have been extremely pleased & Happy with the professional service, good advise and accurate instructions I received every step of the way in renewing my British Passport. Zana Sabre went the extra mile in making sure that everything was completed 'by the book'. Consequently I will want to get my daughter a new British Passport. I would definitely recommend Zana to my friends and family. It sure saved me a great deal of time and headaches !

After trying with no success to renew my British passport I found British passport pro and called Zana. He walked us though the procedure and took over the job of getting my passport in a two week span. We can’t say enough good things about this service and it’s people. Thank you for all you did and I will highly recommend your service to all who ask. Warmest regards Marjory & Perry Kapano
