Wonderful and very proficient service! My consultant was Zana Sabre, who was excellent. He explained everything very clearly and the whole process took just two weeks from 22 March to 5 April; start to finish. Yes, I would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend British Passport Pro to anyone needing to get a passport whilst living overseas. I had to renew my passport and my name had changed more than once which made the process very difficult and involved a lot of documentation and paperwork. British Passport Pro streamlined the process for me and made an overwhelming situtation manageable and organized. They oversaw the entire process and I received my passport in plenty of time before my trip. I could not have done it without them.

Sending very important documents to somebody and trusting is a very stressful, scary situation. However, Zana and his company proved to be 100% trustworthy. He walked me through the process - which he actually made seem easy - and my new passport arrived in less than two weeks. I am extremely grateful for such a helpful service.
