What could go wrong, went wrong during my stay at the Bridge Manor Hotel. Whole ingredients and side dishes missing in meals, booked a spa session for an hour and half and only received and hours treatment, really poor customer service overall. A lot of young staff, with no senior management to guide them and show them what good customer service looks like. Really disappointing!
