I ordered the Maverick DMR radio. Quick shipping and the radio was setup properly.

I was very impressed with the speed of my order. I already own two Anytone 578 radios, on in the car one in the house !

I had a problem with a shipment and contacted their customer support site. The issue was resolved the next morning. Excellent customer service!

I bought 4 BridgeCom MV-65 radios bundled with 4 Retevis EEK009 earpieces for our church safety team. The radios worked great—durable for outdoor use and great range (took them on a week-long mission trip to Navajo territory in Arizona communicating between vehicles during travel and work sites). The earpieces however sound like you’re underwater. We even tried two other 2-pin earpieces I ordered from PRYME (not Amazon Prime) and they sounded just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend using these radios with earpieces.

Everything was on the site to get me up and running. Having corrupted my first file (plug) which was totally my fault. I decided best to just get a new clean file. Although it did cost me a few $$ it was worth it to start over with a fresh firmware download. Carefully read the instructions and was back up and running shortly afterwards. That said everything was on the site to fix most problems, and even though I'm unexperienced with DMR, I managed to get it all working in short order. It's definitely not my knowledge of DMR which made me successful getting it working. I give all the credit to the company BridgeCom Systems for making all the files and information available to do the set up. I didn't even have to call customer support. So, they did something right here
