I was told I would receive a $250 gift card from Visa a month after I signed up for the deal that breeze line was going to be promoting and never received it. I called twice.

The associate on the phone was extremely helpful and got me the help I needed.

Expensive & horrbile customer service.

Before signing up for Breezeline, know that you will have a second job trying to do ANYTHING. LONG LONG wait times to speak with anyone, dysfunctional service, dysfunctional website, and GOD FORBID you try to get a cheaper rate after a couple of years, they will send you around and around and around and around the world, speaking to very nice people who cannot help. Don't do it. It is AWFUL.

They accommodate with better pricing when available, the service is good and so is the support
