Brand PushReviews of brandpush.co

Ordered Authority Network, Long News Story package. Paid 745$, have contacted support multiple times in the 11 days since my purchase, absolutely 0 communication, no-one is replying. Only gave this a try because of the 4* on trustpilot, but it seems majority of reviews might be fake. UPDATE: Got contacted, offered a resolution, resolved.

Good Service. Happy with the process.

good to have their service im looking forward for the future work with them.

at the moment there isn't any issue

Update on 7 Mar: After placing a complaint here, BrandPush started to respond quickly and finally, I got my articles posted and the full report afterwards. BrandPush do apologize for their bugs in email system (which make me unable to receive their email even today). However, customer service through the live chat is really helpful. So I change the rating from 1-star to 4-star here to reflect the true user experience. First comment on 26 Feb: No email received, no update, no reply after nearly placing order for 4 days. The chatbot offers little help. Even when I want to login my account, my password of the BrandPush account is not received at all. So regret not to create an account first before making the payment. Don't trust their words of ACCOUNT WILL BE CREATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. I wonder if all the 5-star comments are coming from genuine users or paid PR accounts. How can Trustpilot allow this kind of spam be listed?

It was nice but better to SEO when searched.

It took longer than promise but definitely did great on everything else.

Updated as of 4-26-23: BrandPush reached out in response to my initially disappointing experience and offered to make good on their promise for complete satisfaction. They offered to tweak the headline to correct a typo and to push the story again at a more optimal time - essentially a 2nd publish to same outlets. I was pleased with this commitment to satisfaction / quality of product/service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Writing was uninspired, had to rewrite about 1/2 of the story. Story was published at 6pm EDT (the WORST possible time for anyone to give a crap). Yeah, it shows up on all these sites, but 99% of them are completely irrelevant to my product or market. Seemed like half of the sites were focused on agriculture market. just pitiful… Overall, I give them a D-
