No money back
Their domains are a little overpriced, in the thousands. Transfer and everything was good and quick but, it was my first time buying a domain and I changed my mind about the purchase. They should have some sort of money back policy. They should at least give you a few days. I had big time buyers remorse.

Hi Sheila, Thank you for your purchase and for your feedback. Unfortunately as this is a marketplace where sellers are paid at the completion of transfer we cannot offer refunds, and the sale policy is indeed final. That being said we are happy to work with you to resell the domain to best recoup your funds, though I know we spoke and you were able to sell it quickly. We definitely want you to have a great experience and hope you can understand why the final sale policy is needed. Please reach out anytime if we can otherwise be of assistance. - BrandBucket Team
