Brandable BoxReviews of brandablebox.io

Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. Here’s your report card, Brandable Boxes, Product quality: F Customer service: F- Pricing: D

To start I ordered five different box sizes. When I received my shipment some of the boxes appeared darker than others, the ink wasn’t consistent on the boxes, and many of the boxes had patchy ink jobs. I spoke to customer service and they told me that quality control department said that the job printed correct and that they would not be issuing any credits or replacements. I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that they expect for people to receive a horrible print job and not take responsibility of it.

Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

They deserve zero stars. I placed an order with them March 3rd, today is March 26th and I still haven’t received my order. According to their website, orders ship out in 3 to 5 days. I assume this is business days and waited patiently for my order. I allowed extra shipping time just in case. I’d never received any indicator that my order had been shipped so on March 18th, I sent them an email to follow up with my order. These people had the unmitigated gall to tell me they can see my order but the system had not placed it for some reason or some other nonsense. Then they told me the order would go out but still gave me no definitive timeframe. I got really angry after a couple more days of foolish emails back-and-forth with them offering no real solution or delivery estimate date. I have a business and their malfeasance delayed my production. I ended up having to purchase generic boxes from Staples to ship my customer’s orders out. This company has the worst customer service and don’t deliver on their promises. Don’t get you business stuck in a lurch like I did, find another box supplier. These people are the worst.

Don't waste your time uploading the photo to get your coupon. I contacted them and let them know the coupon did not work. They 'fixed' it. It still didn't work. Then their site wouldn't allow me to place an order for a week. I ran out of boxes. When the site did finally work, my coupon did not work. I placed the order anyway because I needed boxes. Emailed them asking to apply a refund for my coupon that didn't work and they said they do not apply coupon discounts after an order is placed. I responded and let them know that this would be my last order. As for the boxes, they are thin and were not square so there a gap between the folds and that made them look like crap anyway. Busch league product + horrible service.

Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.

Brandable claims they do a QC check with every order, but in our case they physically printed one of our notes on the box and refused to make it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolute disaster. We ordered boxes from Brandable on November 22 and our order still has yet to ship. Approaching THREE weeks. It almost feels like they stole our money and ran. We will never do business with Brandable again. They're a little less costly but there's clearly a reason for that. I wish I would have read reviews beforehand.
