Dear Heather, Fun, engaging, and a good workout for the brain — that’s the goal! Thank you for testing with BrainsMate and taking the time to share your review! Customer Support Team BrainsMate
Scam! My child paid $1 for a quiz. they charged a simple $1.00 fee and in agreeing to that, you are also automatically signing up for $29.99 recurring monthly charge. I disputed as we did not authorize a monthly subscription or subsequent charges to my account, and they’ve refused to refund. Beware!

I took an IQ test that was labeled as free, but upon finishing the test, of course they wanted me to pay a dollar to see my results, so I’m like OK whatever and I went ahead and paid this to see my results. I was under the impression that this was a one time charge not the start of a subscription. While to my surprise when I find a $40 charge on my card that I did not authorize. But nowhere when I paid for the one dollar did it state that this was going to be a reoccurring purchase. I guess this is how they get you. This is a very scummy business practice and it is clear to me that this is very scamy more than anything else. I’m very disappointed in whatever shit show brains mate is.
