Great products, speedy arrival 100% will order again

The products were shipped in a timely matter. Delivered in great condition. Couldn't be happier with how the products work! Will order again.

Worst customer service ever! I got in on the XMAS special with a huge savings. Paid through a VERIFIED paypal, shipping to the address on file with paypal. Nothing strange at all. They took a week to do anything then finally say they could not verify my address on file with my credit card. WHAT CREDIT CARD? I paid with paypal which I put funds in there. Paypal confirmed there was no such denial of verification and that my address is fine and that my account is verified and all merchants see that. The refuse to respond as they know they are in the wrong. I will never order their product again. THEIR loss.

Love it really good!!

BPI products have been great!

Items came fairly quickly within the time frame given, my only issue is that I ordered 2 tubs of protein and both tubs came with the wrapper around the lid slightly loosened and the seal had separated--I'm guessing between the intense cold we faced and knocked around in shipping--and it was a little messy opening the containers since it hadn't been fully sealed.

Excellent products that are highly effective.

Great product.
