The lag time from when the product is in "packing" status to "shipped" status is extremely long, especially when fund have already been drafted.

I love the sour candy BCAA's. The taste is great!

Great product

Sent 2 emails through their contact link on the website since there is no phone number listed. 1 on Jan 02 & 1 on Jan 04 and no one has ever replied back. I contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint and then finally found a phone number. I called and spoke to a rep regarding the fact that the ISO HD Peanut Butter Candy Bar not only didn’t taste the same as the sample I got, it also wasn’t the same consistency. I was told they changed the formula and would arrange for me to return it for a full refund. That was over a week ago and still no one has gotten back to me. I emailed the rep I spoke to since he gave me a direct email and he hasn’t responded back. I’m glad I didn’t cancel the complaint I filed with PayPal. Will never do business with this company again and I will be calling PayPal again to update them on their lack of concern or respect for their customers. Robert Mendolia

Ordered 3 products online, they sent me duplicates of 1...no big deal it happens and the products were the same flavor, that didn't bother me. However, after that i filed my request for them to send the correct product. Didnt hear anything for 5 days so i reached out. I was told it would be sent and i would receive an email when my order was being processed and then once it was fulfilled. 5 days later again and no response,no email. I called back and got the same exact story today. Meanwhile,ive received about 10 advertisements from BPI since my order,but no response via email from their customer service team about the wrong product that was sent. Not a good experience.

BPI has been one of my favorite brands to purchase BCAAs as well as protein! Unlike most other products, BPI’s formaula seems to mix well with a blender bottle.

I am currently on prep for a competition, and this pre workout has 8 grams of fat per serving. So I wouldn’t recommend if you’re on a strict diet. It also tastes like kool aid and gave me no energy for my workout.
