Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience. Our support team replied in Chinese and failed to resolve the issue — this was a negligence on our part, and we are truly sorry. Please provide your purchase order number and the platform where you made the purchase. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you as a priority. Once again, our sincere apologies and thank you for your feedback. I've just sent an information request via Trustpilot. Please accept it, and we'll receive your order details to help you with the next steps.
