A Total scam
They sell medication at £9 - with a £50 charge to follow if you don't return the product withing 12 days - except you can't , because no courier will accept "drugs" back to be returned to America. The thieves have set up phone line diverts that lead back to an Indian call centre who are most unhelpful. If someone then reads the terms and conditions for you, you will then discover that you have signed up to buy these on a monthly basis Very skilful and a company clearly run by professional crooks
