I like their service, but many features are still under development. Whenever I need some basic level customisation, it is always in under development

Edit2. They have now handled the refund so I have updated my review to three. Still not blown away but no scam company. Scam company. Very unprofessional, promises refund if not working as expected. I couldn't run my use case, filed for refund, no response even after reminding several times. Edit. In response to the answer from Botpenguin below. I filled out that request for refund. Then nothing happened. I reminded. Still nothing. Should I fill it out again?
