I freaking love Booty bands! Not only is the equipment legit, but the workouts are straight up amazing. Being a mom of three working out seemed impossible…but Danita is able to get you sweating with a 15 minute workout, which is exactly what I needed. I got my motivation back, I was able to stay consistent and I’m getting results!

I love these bands!! They are really well made and very comfortable. I bought mine and instantly threw away every cheap, crappy, rubbery band I had stashed in my workout room. These are the cadillac of resistance bands. Also really enjoy these workouts too - short, fun, and effective.

I had a great coach call. I explained my body goals and she really listened. She gave me positive feedback and great suggestions on how to achieve my goals and better incorporate more protein. She explained how my diet can help me achieve my goals along w/ best exercise to focus on and maximize hypertrophy.
