My Husband and I stared boomer starter kit few months back, in May to be exact. We both are experiencing more energy. I have read that some people experience not being hungry for hours after taken my shake in the mornings. My husband does experience this as well. However; I am very hungry about 1 hour after taking my shake. I had 2 meniscus surgeries over the past two years and I have pain every night. I believe its arthritic pain at this point, so I will continue the boomer boost, praying this pain will eventually stop. I believe this product will work for us with a few more months of use and God's willing we plan to continue. I am glad we were introduced to it. Cheryl
