Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't getting the results you are looking for with our GoodNight Formula. Everyone's body chemistry is different and sometimes what works for most doesn't work for all. Sometimes the environment is key for a good night's rest. Factors like blue light from an electronic device, not having the right climate can really affect your ability to sleep and many other factors that are covered in the blog below. Here is a link to a blog we wrote about sleep that has some good tips you can try. https://www.boomerboost.com/blog/tired-of-being-tired-tips-for-better-sleep Also if you find your mind is racing you can try this technique that involves your tongue to help release tension. I know it sounds weird but if your mind won't relax and it keeps racing while you are trying to sleep tense your tongue up like a muscle and then release it. Briefly press your tongue against the roof of your mouth to make it tense, then stop doing that and let your tongue be anywhere in your mouth. On your way to sleep, gently be aware of your tongue. Here are some links to videos that you can also do right before you go to sleep, that will help you relax. One is about tapping which can help release tension and relax you and the other one is about the Ultimate Mind calming Exercise. Try these out as well before bed and see if they help. https://www.boomerboost.com/videos/tapping https://www.boomerboost.com/videos/the-ultimate-mind-calming-exercise Also keep in mind as you try to figure out how to fall asleep, that if this is something you have been dealing with for a while it may be more of a process to get your body where it needs to be as opposed to a 1 or 2 day fix . Often times it takes a while to correct issues that we have been struggling with for years, but please know we are here to help in any way we can. If you have any questions or want some more information please write us back or call 1800 861 4609 to talk to someone. Thanks, Rollie Culp
