Cancelled Appointments and zero communications
Tried to book a demo for a period of 2 months, booked and scheduled the demo 7 times as a group, and 3 times as individuals, Vadim (the owner) would cancel the demo zoom call last minute each time, never replied to any emails, when we requested info, or for the best time to meet. Very unprofessional, and disappointing that the owner has zero pride in his products.

Hi Ilya, Booke AI schedules live demos exclusively for verified accounting professionals because client data is shown during the call. The email address you supplied ( @hubtruth.com ) could not be linked to any registered CPA, bookkeeping licence, or operating accounting firm. Because the verification step was never completed, our system automatically declined each calendar request; no confirmed meetings were cancelled “last minute.” Public records indicate that the hubtruth.com domain was registered only recently and contains no active business information, while your own LinkedIn profile lists a career in construction project management, not public accounting. If you are a licensed practitioner and still wish to see the platform, please send one of the following to our support email address: 1. A business e-mail that resolves to an active accounting-firm website, or 2. Your state CPA licence or bookkeeping certification number. Once we receive verifiable credentials we will book a demo at your convenience. Otherwise, we will ask the review host to remove content that misrepresents professional status, in line with their fraud-prevention policy. — Vadim, Founder & CEO, Booke AI
