Got stuck setting up a multi-currency client. Support joined a screen share and fixed it fast, took about ten minutes. Definitely a real expert, not automated support.

Ten minutes is a good result, Lily. Multi-currency setups have teeth, so we're glad the team got you unstuck quickly.
Staff actually enjoy work again. My team was burnt out on data entry. Now AI Bookkeeper does that part and they spend time on actual accounting. Two people who were thinking of quitting just stayed.

Emma, of all the outcomes we hear about, "two people stayed" might be the best one yet. Thank you for sharing that.
