Cruise parking 10/16/21 - 10/25/21 Waited way too long to return to our car 45 minutes after we left the ship Called more than once and was told it's on the way. The van had wet seats and a podium unsecured in the isle. We rather walk than book parking here.

Dear Mr. Fortin, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the services you received at the 241 Car Services parking lot . We apologize that your experience wasn't a good one. Book2park.com is a third party booking agent that does not own or operate the parking lots . We do value your feedback and we will pass this information to the parking lot upper management that you used in order to ensure their service improves and to avoid this from happening again . Since we value you as our customer and care for your satisfaction, Book2park.com would like to honor you a special discount code to use towards your next reservation and we will reach out to you by email with further details . We look forward to having a second opportunity to make things right! Regards, The Book2park Support team
Got our car keys mixed under the wrong ticket. The attendant pulled up with the wrong car. It took him two trips to find the correct keys and our car.

Book2Park staff excels at customer service today while helping me make changes to an existing reservation. My husband booked a long term parking location on line but after I reviewed I felt another location would serve us better. I used the Chat option to determine the best way to go about this in order to avoid the 10% cancellation fee. The representative was so responsive and helpful that when we were done I felt he (Emanuel) deserved five stars. Would not hesitate to use them again for future parking needs while traveling.
