This pergola is the real deal! Very well constructed, the instructions were clear and concise and it went up without issue. I installed the house-attached 10x10 in about 8 hours (by myself...nobody to assist) and was very happy with the results. Please be sure to NOT overtighten the nut/bolts that attach the slats as it states in the instructions or the ram motor won't be able to function properly. I'm very satisfied with Bon Pergola and would recommend to anyone wishing to put up a quality pergola.

Hi Neal, First of all, really sorry about what happened. That sounds awful! We were not even notify when this is happening. We put all the notes on the crate showing delivery company what to do, but they sometime don't look at all. But they usually will let us know if they are short staff and if they need additional charge on shipping. Long story short, we will pay for all that. Please contact us and we will get this figure out for you. Update 5/2/2024, Glad to speak to you directly to understand the situation. The problem was the terminal could not reach us DIRECTLY due to weird issues. Pergola is installed properly now. Glad you like the quality of the pergola, but the overall shipping this time was bad. Refund of $100 charge should be on the way now.
Accessibility plus promp delivery. The shipment appears to have arrived intact and undamaged. Looks as though it should go together good.

I was told I would be notified when the product shipped and I was not. I had to call and found out it had already been shipped. When I received the product the boxes were tore up and the pallets were broken.

The structure and motorized operation is almost perfect. My only frustration is the LED light. It's not bright enough and the driver looks not enough power capability. It easily reaches max power limit and turned off. I needed to replace both LED lights and 24V supply to make it work even during rainy days.
