Hi Bradford, Shipping really depends on location. Doing our best to solve them right now. Glad the pergola is doing well and you are enjoying it. That is why we are making it for! Enjoy your own resort!

Hi David, Yes, the best white glove delivery for long item like this would be 2 men unload off the truck to where you need. Please note, they had to use a FLATbed truck to get to you. And those fee are included. And you might be surprised how much they are but in fact we are paying more than what we ask you to pay. We are covering the rest of the charge on our side. Sorry there might be some confusion between the dispatch guy, so they had to call another trucker with 2 men and that cause the delay! The second crew was just triple checking since we have a lot of contractor that doesn't require unloading service. That is just the SOP when they call a customer. Hope that make sense. But we hope you love the pergola so far! 8/28/2024 Update: Called a few time and not able to talk to David. Shipping company said there wasn't report of confusion. Still trying to find out what is going on from David.

Hi Chris, You are right. Sorry about this situation. Even though we did put Mid July Ship out date on our product, but we didn't expect the extra delay of 2 weeks so we end up ship out early August and we should let you know as your wife said! We will learn from our mistake. But you can be sure we will always be here for our product no matter what happened! Regard to the delivery instructions, we have discuss with our shipping company. They said they make sure they let you know exactly what to expect. Sorry about the instruction if that is confusing. Thank you for the review.

Hi Romin, Thanks for the call. Understand your situation, no matter what rating we would get by the end of the day, we are going to make sure that screen will work for you! 8/20/24 update: Called and reach to customer, but not able to talk to the installer to fix the issue until later date. Apparently, the screen issue is leading factor. Hope we can help.
