Great! Fast answers and no shipping delay!

I bought a player from Bombay and was satisfied with the level of their service. I had a couple of product related questions prior to purchase and received quick and clear responses by e-mail.

Ordered a region free Sony unit, 1st order from this website and they didn't disappoint, item was as described and the shipping was fast. I did not call customer service so I can't vouch for their tech or customer service (I guess I 'll know more about company if I run into trouble with my unit)
